VOLUNTEER/FOSTER
Love is all you needOur volunteers and fosters are an integral part of what we do, and we are constantly in need of fosters and volunteers. Fostering helps us save lives by providing a temporary, loving, and restful retreat for animals in need. We provide all supplies and cover all vet care; fostering does not cost you anything but time and love!
We are always in need of volunteers! From helping at our events to taking care of animals and assisting at the clinic, we have several volunteer opportunities available.

FIND YOUR NEW BEST FRIENDOne of the best ways to reduce the overpopulation of stray or unwanted pets is to adopt! Our rescue program is for dogs, cats, birds, guniea pigs, ferrets and small animals that are pulled from community owners and local municipal shelters. Transports are utilized often, and our partnerships with our networking rescues are invaluable. We are proud to uphold an unfaltering relationship with the Bulloch County Animal Shelter and its wonderful staff.
All of our animals are spayed/neutered and given all vaccinations before they are released to their new home.

Hope my order helps. Looking forward to receiving my order.
What if we could stop the suffering before it starts?
The starvation. The broken bones. The maggots. The fear. The neglect. The abuse.
Because for so many of the animals we’ve taken in over the years, that’s the truth.
A simple spay or neuter could have stopped the suffering before it ever started.
This week, we’re raising $2,500 to sponsor an entire day of spay/neuter (40 animals total). All completely free to the public. No barriers. No excuses.
That’s 40 animals whose lives—and the lives of every future litter they’ll never have—will be forever changed.
Because we see it every day:
The dogs used for backyard breeding, then thrown away like trash.
The kittens born sick, infected, and left to die.
The mama cats so depleted they can’t even feed their babies.
The puppies found in ditches, trash bins, and taped-up boxes.
This is where it starts. And this is where it can stop.
We want to give our community this day- 40 appointments, completely free. But we need your help to make it happen.
Whether you give $10 or sponsor a full $100 spay, every single donation chips away at the root of the crisis we fight every single day.
Donate today. Help us stop the suffering before it begins.

Precious! ❤️❤️❤️
Hi friends! We have a local Pampered Chef rep that is hosting a fully online (text) party with her commission benefiting Fixing the Boro! It’s a week long party (texts would start Friday, party ends 5/30), you’ll receive 3-5 texts total, can opt out at any time, and that’s that! We haven’t tried a fundraiser like this before, but with so many new kitty faces in care, we’re open to trying anything!
If you’d like to be added to the party/fundraiser, the link is below! Or we’ll just need your phone number if you’re unable to navigate the link to add you manually!
Photo of the cutest lil adoptable orange man, Gouda, who the donations from this party will help (along with 100 of his other friends also in rescue). 🧡 Happy shopping!
