I acquired Luna and her litter mate from a friend when they were puppies. At the time, I was not looking to acquire any new dogs as I already had 5 of my own, but as a favor for a friend, I decided to give it a go, since I have a large property. These puppies are very loving and gentle dogs and they get along well with my other dogs and grandchildren. They have never hurt my cats, but they do like to chase them. Luna is a very smart dog, and easy to train, if you are willing to put in the time. I taught her a few commands like sit, down, come, etc. and she picked them up fast. I let my dogs roam my property, so when the puppies were old enough, I just let them loose with the other dogs. Being young shepherd puppies, they are very active and curious, and would leave the property. I have decided it is just too much for me to take care of them along with my other 5 dogs. Also, having 7 dogs is financially a strain, so I would like to rehome both puppies (now about 9 months old). Luna's litter mate is Masha (pronounced maw-shuh). It would be great if they could go together.
