We found her in traffic on the highway. She is severely emaciated. We’ve gone to the vet for flea/heartworm prevention and are willing to foster but already have 3 dogs in the home.

We don’t know a lot about her but she is very sweet and only wants love. She’s going to need someone who take responsibility of her weight gain.
