Belle is an 8 lb spayed female calico domestic short hair. She does well with other cats, while her compatibility with dogs and children is currently unknown.
Belle originally came to her caregiver as a friendly stray who later had kittens. Now that her kittens are grown, her caregiver is unable to keep her long-term and is hoping to find her a loving, stable home.
Additional Comments:
Belle is a very vocal and friendly cat who isn’t shy about letting you know when it’s time for food or attention.
She has a nice balance of personality—she is affectionate and enjoys being pet, but also has an independent side. She prefers not to be picked up and carried but is happy to stay close and interact on her own terms.
Belle is currently indoor/outdoor and is litter box trained. Now that she no longer has kittens to protect, she has been fairly neutral with other cats.
