Reason for Rehoming:

We rescued Artemis as a kitten from the street but unfortunately, our older cat, Itty, has not acclimated well at all. We have unsuccessfully tried for over a year to introduce the two, but it's gotten to the point our older cat can't even be in the same room with Artemis. Itty has stressed herself out to the point she has lost a significant amount of weight and it's now a detriment to her health. We have them separated for the time being but are unable to keep them permanently separated due to the space we live in.

Additional Comments:

Artemis is a very sweet and loving indoor cat. She loves affection and attention. She does well with both children and other animals. She would do well in a home with kids or someone who wants a lap cat!
